Position: Registry & Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in line with university policies.
- Coordinate student registrations with external awarding bodies and partner universities.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare and issue official student documents (enrolment letters, transcripts, verifications, etc.).
- Support final results processing and award verification.
- Ensure compliance with academic regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports and assist in audits related to student data and records.
Key Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of student lifecycle and academic regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s/MPhil in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 years. Experience with international awarding bodies will be an advantage.
