Job Requirements
�Minimum of 8 years hands-on Java development (or equivalent C++ or C#) experience.
�Experience at Architecture and design level work.
�Hands-on development, testing, and unit testing.
�Experience performing code reviews.
�Mentoring staff, code reviews, and writing technical documentation.
�Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
�Experience adopting the best aspects of Agile and other methodologies.
�Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
�Experience designing large object-oriented software systems.
�Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
�Ability to provide technical leadership of design, implementation, and process.
�Hands-on programming, design, and code reviews (approximately 80+% of the time).
�Ability to allocate tasks among the assigned project development resources.
�Ability to provide accurate development estimates and updating project resource plans.
�Ability to deliver high-quality software releases on-time.
