Responsibilities:
- Science curriculum designing and implementation for Grades 3–8 across the region.
- Conducting lesson observations, notebook scrutiny, reviewing lesson plans, attending coordination meetings and visiting regional schools.
- Plan, design and conduct curriculum based and subject based trainings for all schools.
- Collaborating on examination processes and ensuring assessment quality and consistency.
- Using data-driven analysis to enhance curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.
