Tapal Tea is looking for Officer Administration. The position is based in Head Office, Karachi. Candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Principle Accountabilities:
· SAP / ERP User (PM, MM Module)
· Management and Execution of PR, PO, DPRs, Notifications, Maintenance Orders
· Monitoring of departmental activities based OPEX / CAPEX budget
· Record keeping of department expenses for all south locations, through SAP
· Arrangement, Verification and Processing of Vendor Invoices for Payment (All types)
· Courier Services management
· Vendors Quotation/Scope of Work, Negotiation in Coordination with manager administration
· Cafeteria management and finalization of Head office Staff and worker menu
· Assets management, perform record keeping of all assets in the system under the domain of
· Documentation of free Sampling & maintenance of sheet
· ROL & arrangements of kitchen items of all south locations.
· Assist manager administration in annual Budget Preparation of the respective locations
· Monitor and generate stationery / housekeeping material requisition and management
