We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Coordinator – Warehouses to join our Corporate Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in office management, with the ability to effectively handle administrative and HR-related coordination for warehouse operations. Strong multitasking, time management, documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills are essential for this role.
Location: 5 CCA, DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in office management. The selected individual will be responsible for handling a comprehensive range of Admin & HR tasks related to warehouses.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, recording minutes and ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining documentation, managing office expenses, and actively participating in hiring and separation processes etc. Additionally, the role involves attendance management and providing day-to-day administrative and HR support to ensure smooth office operations.
Multitasking and time management skills are mandatory prerequisites.
