Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an experienced Manager Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement operations, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and maintain transparency and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Preferably Master’s in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
5–8 years of relevant procurement experience (with 3+ years in a Managerial or Team Lead role)
Expertise in vendor management, commercial negotiations, tendering, and contract management
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems
WE ARE HIRING MANAGER PROCUREMENT
Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Procurement to lead procurement operations, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and maintain quality, transparency, and timely delivery of goods and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier network.
- Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, approval procedures, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with user departments to understand material and service requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery timelines, and contract compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize procurement risks.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education Preferably Master’s in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Experience Minimum 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience with at least 3+ years in a Managerial or Team Lead role.
- Skills & Expertise Strong experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations, tendering, and contract management.
- Technical Proficiency Proficiency in MS Office and procurement or ERP systems.
- Core Competencies Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
