Position Available: PMDFC has been supporting local governments to build Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage infrastructures in cities of Punjab. PMDFC is seeking the services of qualified, experienced and dynamic professional against the following position for its upcoming project:

Position: Design & Supervision Specialist (02 Posts, Lahore Based)
Required Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from HEC-recognized institution.
General Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects.
Specific Experience (Minimum 10 Years): Demonstrated expertise in:
- Design, planning and implementation of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment systems.
- Preparation and review of feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs and cost estimates.
- Application of innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment.
- Planning and management of public-sector infrastructure projects and coordination with government departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Preparation and review of PC-Is, technical reports, project proposals and donor-funded project documentation.
- Construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, measurement and certification of works.
