Responsibilities:
1) Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
2) Maintain and enhance existing processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
3) Ensure scalability and maintainability of our data architecture to support business growth.
4) Apply your expertise in Dimensional Modelling to optimize data structures.
5) Develop source-to-target mapping and data transformation instructions for seamless integration.
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2) Strong SQL knowledge with expertise in query performance tuning, index maintenance, and database structure.
3) Proficiency in OLAP technologies to unlock valuable insights from complex datasets.
4) Deep understanding of at least one Enterprise Database Management System (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres).
5) Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus, showcasing your adaptability and collaborative spirit.
6) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, essential for tackling complex data challenges.
7) Ability to quickly grasp new data tools and concepts, ensuring you stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field.
