Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fuel Station Supervisor to join our team. As the Fuel Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fuel station operations, ensuring efficient and safe fueling services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station, including fuel inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling.
~ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
~ Train and supervise fuel station staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
~ Monitor fuel sales and inventory levels.
~ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
~ Maintain a clean and organized fuel station environment.
~ Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
~ Prepare reports on fuel station performance.
Requirements:
-Minimum Graduate
-Proven experience in a Supervisory role within the fuel or retail industry.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of fuel station operations and safety regulations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting.
