Sympl Energy is hiring for the position of After Sales Engineer. The After Sales Engineer will provide technical support and services to our customers, focusing on rectifying and maintaining On-Grid and Hybrid Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of solar system installation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rectification and maintenance of On-Grid and Hybrid inverters, specifically Sungrow, Goodwe, Growatt, Fox, and Nitrox inverters.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any technical issues reported by customers and provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage a small team of technicians, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Work under pressure to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and expectations with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputed university.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the solar industry, with a focus on inverter installation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Sungrow, Goodwe, Growatt, Fox, and Nitrox inverters is a must.
- Proven field experience in solar system installation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
