Sunridge Foods, one of the leading FMCG sector operate across Pakistan. We are recruiting R &D Executive in Production Department for our Hub Plant.
This role involves conducting research, developing new products, improving existing products, and ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Conduct research on new ingredients, flavors, and processing techniques to innovate and improve product offerings.
Develop prototypes, conduct sensory evaluations, and optimize formulations based on feedback.
Work with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Ensure scalability of product formulations and processes for mass production.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in R&D within the food industry, preferably in baked goods or snack products.
Proficiency in SAP PRD (Production) is essential.
