WE’RE HIRING Civil Engineer – Projects & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil construction and maintenance works within factory premises.
- Manage maintenance and renovation of existing factory buildings.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, comparative statements, project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and procurement for smooth project execution.
- Review and modify AutoCAD layouts and construction drawings.
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and material testing.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain audit trail documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping during project execution.
- Manage emergency repairs and monitor project progress within approved timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in construction and maintenance of industrial projects.
- Candidates with experience in textile sector and PEC registration will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation and project planning.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making and team coordination skills.
