Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in manufacturing/footwear/FMCG)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
