Floor Manager – Food
Education: Minimum Bachelors/Ideally Masters from an accredited University
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in F&V/Meat/Bakery/Grocery/Checkout/Non Food Departments in Food Retail with minimum 3 years experience in Lead/Supervisory Role
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Team Management
- Quality Assurance
- Supplier Relationship and Stock Management
- Out of Stock and Inventory Analysis
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO
- Shrinkage Management
- Customer Services
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Team Player
