To identify, meet, and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and generate high-quality leads for SkyElectric’s solar sales team. The role combines field prospecting, corporate outreach, and on-ground marketing activation to accelerate lead growth across regions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Conduct regular market visits to meet potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
● Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-intent solar leads.
● Present SkyElectric products, solutions, and value propositions to potential customers.
● Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
● Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
● Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure lead conversions.
● Gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on-ground activations and campaigns.
● Distribute brochures, attend solar awareness events, and support community-level engagement.
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 1–2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or client engagement (solar/energy sector experience is a plus).
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident in conducting client meetings and delivering product pitches.
● Ability to generate and manage a high-volume lead pipeline.

● Must have personal conveyance for field visits.

To lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, on-ground, and corporate channels. The role is responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, driving brand visibility, and ensuring high-quality lead generation and customer engagement for SkyElectric.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
● Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing calendars, covering digital, print, events, and PR.
● Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and customer outreach.
● Coordinate with external agencies for creatives, media buying, production, and PR.
● Ensure timely execution of campaigns across regions with measurable KPIs.
● Oversee development of brochures, videos, landing pages, corporate decks, and social media content.
● Plan and execute on-ground activations, expos, MoU ceremonies, and customer engagement events.
● Manage vendors, logistics, branding, and experience design for marketing events.
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 3–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in tech, solar, telecom, or energy sectors).
● Proven experience in managing teams, campaigns, and multiple projects simultaneously.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
● Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
● Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
● Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking.
