SIFA is looking competent profiles for HR Generalist.
• Assist with day to day HR operations.
• responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection.
• To maintain & update employee database.
• process payroll on monthly basis.
• To prepare all type of HR docs & issue letters.
• Making JD’s in collaboration with line manager.
• Policy development & execution.
• to deal with employee requests regarding human resource and other issues.
• promote a positive & open environment where employee feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Experience: 2-3 years.
salary: 40-60K based on candidate potential & experience.
Location : MM ALAM ROAD, Lahore.
