We’re hiring Manager Sampling (Apparel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to understand design concepts and translate them into feasible garment prototypes.
- Provide input on the feasibility and manufacturability of design ideas, considering factors like fabric, construction techniques, and production methods.
- Manage the end-to-end sampling process, pattern development, and sample production.
- Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples that meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that samples and prototypes meet design specifications and performance expectations.
- Identify and address any issues related to fit, construction, materials, and overall product quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of product developers, pattern makers, and sample coordinators.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Textile Engineer/ Master Degree
- Min 8-10 Years of relevant experience in Apparel.
