Sapphire Fibres is looking for the position of Deputy Manager – Finishing.
Job Role:
- Adhering to the production plan, ensuring Right First Time (RFT) and optimizing machine capacity.
- Coordinating with the R&D team to develop new fabrics as per customer requirements.
- Troubleshooting root cause analysis (RCA) for fabric non-conformities and taking corrective actions.
- Training and developing the team on SOPs related to products, processes, and machinery.
Job Specifications:
- Required education: BS in Textile / Industrial Engineering (IE) / Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech.
- Experience: 6-8 years in a knits setup.
Location:
- Raiwind, Lahore.
