We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting with a strong focus on accounts payable. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Responsible for completing payments and managing expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Reconciles processed transactions by verifying entries and comparing system reports with balances.
- Allocates expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expenses and recording the appropriate entries.
- Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure the smooth processing of all payables.
- Follows up on outstanding payables using the aging report.
- Stays up to date with Income Tax and Sales Tax laws, with a focus on withholding taxes.
Qualification and Experience
B.Com/M.Com or Bachelors in related field.
03 to 04 years of experience accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FI)
Time Management & Organizational skills
Knowledge of Accounting Software and Tools
The position will be based at Tricon Corporate Center, H-Block Gulberg II, Lahore.
