Reporting to: VP Sales & Marketing | Base Location: Karachi

- Hit primary, secondary & conversion targets brand-wise, every month
- Coach your SE, BDE, ASMs & RSM
- Be the eyes and ears of the market competitor moves, pricing shifts & opportunities
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 10-15 years in FMCG / consumer / industrial sales
- You’ve managed large territories and multi-distributor networks before
- You communicate clearly, act fast and own your results
