HIRING DEPUTY MANAGER | SALES OPERATIONS | DIVISION – FOAM
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Supervising and leading the customer services function of Foam Division.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure their Account payable is updated at all time.
- Prepare biannual customer feedback reports for all distributors and direct clients.
- Forwarding customer’s queries/concerns to related departments & follow up for its resolution.
- Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
- Ensure timely payments for all due receivables thru ensuring regular follow-up with customers and Foam Division team.
- Handle and resolve distributor claims efficiently.
- Ensure ledger & aging report is shared with all stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales operations, Preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Production Planning.
- Data analysis & interpretation.
- Communication & stakeholder management.
