𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and performance management
- Healthcare or hospital experience will be preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
