8–10 years of experience in Knits & Home Textile manufacturing.
Expertise in SMV, Time Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & 5S.
Proficient in ERP/SAP and Industrial Engineering reporting.
Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
Experience in productivity improvement, manpower optimization & cost control.
