VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3 to 4 years in visual merchandising or retail.
Creativity and aesthetic sense, retail and fashion trend awareness, window and in-store display techniques, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (required).
Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining visual displays that align with brand standards and seasonal themes.
- Plan and implement store layouts to optimize product placement and customer flow.
- Conduct regular assessments of visual merchandising standards to ensure compliance across the store.
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, providing insights.
- Assist in tracking visual merchandising performance metrics and reporting findings to the line supervisor. A daily VM report should be shared as per the visit schedule.
- Conduct daily store visits within the city. The working schedule will be half-day at HQ and half-day at retail locations.
