Job Title: Growth Lead – Karachi
What are we looking for?
Being Growth Lead is like being the de facto owner of your vertical. This is the strategic and senior managerial role, you will need to ensure that all sales/ growth operations in your zone are running smoothly to achieve company’s goals and targets. Not only are you responsible for growth, but you will also oversee team building and talent development. At the end of the day, without the people, you will not be able to improve your product or achieve your goals.
Ideal candidate should have:
Minimum Bachelors degree from a top tier university
Enterprising person with minimum 2 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment (Preferred), or should have managed dynamic teams in large organizations, ideally with a technology/financial services/consulting background
Should have a hands on experience with data
management/data analytics/performance management
Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD, Distribution handling
Strong commercial and analytical sense, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done
Native in local language and fluent in English
