Vice Principal: Min. 3 years teaching/admin experience. |
| Academic Manager | Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) or equivalent | Curriculum design, EdTech assessment, academic planning, national standards research, and team leadership. | Minimum 6–7 years in an academic leadership or coordination role. |
| Teachers | Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent (4-year B.Ed preferred) | Classroom management, child-centered learning, SEL support, digital literacy, and multilingual skills (Balochi/Urdu). | Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. |
