Job responsibilities & Skills:
- Track record of employee performance & attendance.
- Handle Employee separation cycle including Final Settlement.
- Employee files documentation and controlling.
- Employee relation and counseling.
- Handle group health & Life insurance matters, coordination with insurance company regarding monthly fluctuations and reimbursement claims.
- Having good oral & written communication skills.
Qualification: BBA/ MBA (HR)
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Lahore
Salary: 35,000-45,000
