Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Site Manager for its Retail COCO Sites located at M2 Bhera South.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HPL COCO sites operation as per SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements across the site.
Manage and reconcile site cash, stock levels, and daily reports; ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation.
Daily reporting of sales.
Management of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Maintain equipment, site standards, and cleanliness to meet operational and brand requirements.
Lead, train and supervise site staff to ensure performance, discipline, and delivery of excellent customer service.
Support in audits, inspections and compliance.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an omc.
Knowledge of HSE standards, inventory control, and sales reporting.
Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
