Position Deputy Manager – CKD Warehouse
Department: BUS Division
Master Motor Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our CKD Warehouse team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end CKD warehouse operations for the BUS Division.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, preservation and issuance of CKD parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system vs. physical stock accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, FIFO/FEFO and material traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
• Control inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess/slow-moving stock.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, 5S and operational procedures.
• Lead the warehouse team and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing and CKD warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems and material handling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP/Oracle and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, coordination and team-management skills.

Job Description
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, and issuance of CKD parts, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain stock records, conduct physical counts and monitor shortages/excesses.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality teams to resolve material shortages and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, 5S and safety standards, and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure timely availability and issuance of CKD materials to production as per requirements.
