BOL Network is looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and trend-focused Social Media Producer who understands what makes content engaging and shareable.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital storytelling, capable of researching and producing engaging explainer videos, and well-versed in the latest social media, entertainment, and digital content trends. A strong interest in the entertainment industry, its news, personalities, events, and developments is essential.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in social media, digital media, journalism, content production, or a related field.
Experience creating explainer videos, reels, and short-form digital content.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
Up-to-date knowledge of entertainment industry news, events, trends, and popular culture.
Experience publishing and managing content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows on Adobe Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Research trending topics, entertainment news, and developing stories to create engaging explainer video concepts.
Coordinate with producers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure timely content delivery.
Publish, optimize, and manage content across all social media platforms.
Write compelling titles, descriptions, captions, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends, audience interests, entertainment developments, and platform algorithm changes.
Ensure all content aligns with BOL Network’s editorial and brand guidelines.
