Job Description
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets across the Central region.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and company policies.
- Identify new business opportunities to support sales growth and improve market share.
- Conduct regular market and dealer visits to assess performance and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market updates with management.

- Manage sales administration and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, and Logistics.
- Maintain sales orders, customer records, invoices, deliveries, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate order processing, vehicle allocation, delivery planning, and issue resolution.
- Monitor targets, bookings, deliveries, cancellations, and pending orders.
- Ensure ERP data accuracy, documentation, policy compliance, and internal controls.
- Coordinate payments, receivables, and other sales-related financial matters.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
