Job Title: Senior Executive Customer Services (Air-Export)

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

Interaction with customers, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
Having good knowledge of Air Exports freight forwarding
Dealing with International clients.
Having good knowledge of Air Export Documentation
Must be fluent in oral and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS-Office.
Able to work in Day and Night shift

Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s
Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Air – Export)
Location: Lahore
