WE ARE HIRING! Management Trainee Officer – Production
Location: Sheikhupura – Plant
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Assist in supervising motorcycle tyre manufacturing processes from raw material preparation to finished tyres.
- Identify production issues, bottlenecks, and process deviations and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
- Maintain and analyze production records, reports, and process data.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Assist in reducing production wastage, downtime, and material losses.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Polymer Engineering with fresh to 2 years relevant experience.
