CAREER OPPORTUNITY: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of Pakistan’s capital markets and corporate sector, invites applications from qualified, result-oriented, and dynamic professionals with impeccable integrity and strong analytical skills for the following contractual position on open merit:
Director – Appellate Bench Registry
Location: Islamabad – 01 Position
Qualification
- LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have also obtained the Bar-at-Law qualification and LL.M. degree.
Post – Qualification Experience
- Applicants must possess at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 2 years with a regulator.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory body.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit is 50 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.
- The appointment shall be made on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance basis. The Commission may consider regularization of this position after completion of three years, subject to fulfilment of the criteria prescribed for this purpose.

Qualification
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Post-qualification experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in media relations, corporate communications, journalism, or digital/social media management, preferably including exposure to a regulatory, financial-sector, or public-sector organization.

Joint Director – Investor Education & Complaints Department

Qualification
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Education, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Post-qualification experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in investor education, financial literacy, capital markets, or a related field, preferably including exposure to a regulatory, financial-sector, or educational institution.
