JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Pakistan Expo Centres Private Limited is a corporate entity with the shareholdings of Federal Government and Provincial Governments of Pakistan. The company is mandated to develop and manage Expo Centres in major cities of Pakistan with the objective to promote various sectors of economy through trade exhibitions, consumer fairs and conferences. Lahore International Expo Centre was the first project of the Company, which is successfully operational since 2010. The company is engaged in the development of another Expo Centre at Peshawar while working for construction of Expo Centre for Quetta has also been started.

The company is seeking dynamic individuals to fill positions in different departments as per the following details:

01. Position: Manager Admin & HR

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Masters / Bachelors (16 years education) in HRM, Business Administration or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum Experience: 10 years in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and general administration.

02. Position: Manager Business Development

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Masters / Bachelors (16 years education) in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum Experience: 08 years in business development, client acquisition, space/venue sales or event marketing; proven revenue generation record.

03. Position: Manager MEP

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution (valid PEC registration required).
Minimum Experience: 10 years in operation and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting and allied building services.

04. Position: Manager Civil

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution (valid PEC registration required).
Minimum Experience: 08 years in civil works execution, building maintenance, repair & renovation, BOQ preparation and contractor supervision.

05. Position: Manager Finance

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: ACCA / ACMA or CA (Finalist).
Minimum Experience: 10 years in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination and statutory compliance; public sector.

06. Position: Assistant Manager ERP

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors / Masters (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or MIS.
Minimum Experience: 03 years in ERP implementation, configuration and support (Finance, HR, Inventory or Procurement modules); reporting and data migration experience.

07. Position: Network Operator

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors (16 years education) in Computer Science / IT, or DAE (Computer/Electronics) with relevant certification (CCNA or equivalent preferred).
Minimum Experience: 02 years in network operations, LAN/WAN administration, CCTV & IP systems, hardware support and helpdesk operations.
