Requirements
- Good communication and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to learn NOC and technical operations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in IT, CS, Engineering, or any related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and support requests.
- Log and track customer complaints/tickets.
- Perform basic remote troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to relevant teams.
- Follow up on open issues.
- Maintain NOC logs and daily reports.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and inventory processes.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with banking operations and MS Office

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and material movement.
- Manage warehouse receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain inventory records and support stock reconciliation.
- Maintain daily bank balances and banking documentation.
- Coordinate routine matters and documentation with banks.
- Maintain accurate logistics, warehouse, and financial records.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams.
