Job Description:

Documentation & Implementation of HACCP system.
Coordination in food and safety systems implementation and retention of relevant record.
Observe and implement the effective quality management system.
Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.
Monitoring quality control parameters.
To confirm the accuracy of all lab operations.
Ensure the implementation and record all activities performed in lab.
Assure the hygienic condition of processing areas and worker by lab testing.
To analyze the shelf life of preserved samples and perform microbial tests.
To check and confirm the calibration of all lab instruments.
Confirm the effectiveness of sterilization in plant through swab testing.
To monitor GMP of all working areas and report any non-compliance.
Confirm the reverse osmosis effectiveness through microbiology testing of water.
Assure the finished product by microbial testing.
Perform and assure the microbial, analytical, chemical testing of incoming raw material and packaging material.
