Qaswa Technologies (Qtech) is a Public Sector company to be established at SEZ, Hatter dealing with precision based, high valued and quality intensive mass production of rnetal and composite parts. Range of clientele includes both domestic and international defence sector customers. The company is looking for energetic and competent CEO capable of working in a challenging environment with stringent targets and timelines to establish this new outfit. The job is full-time with an initial contract for two years extendable based on performance.
Position: CFO
Job Description: As CFO, he is responsible to CEO & will drive the company’s financial direction by preparing from ab-initio in-house policies in line with GovVcorporate financial requirements, analyzing organization’s financial strengths/weaknesses & proposing corrective actions. Applicants must be well-versed in all aspects of financial Mgmt ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations with the goal to protect the company’s revenues & profits by reducing expenditure to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
Requirement
Qualification: MBA (Fin) from NEC recognized University. OR ACMA/ACCN CIMA & member of recognized body of professional accountants, local or international.
Skills:
Lead the development and use of best practices, policies, and tools that ensure a well controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross—team communications, and work flows. Excellent team building, analytical, and decision making skills.
Plan, implement, manage & run all financial activities of the company such as business planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, evaluating trends, establishing controls, evaluating financial KPIs & managing statutory compliance and relationship with stakeholders. Manage the processes for Financial Forecasting, budgets & oversee preparation of all financial reports.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in a large Govt/Private Sector organization with at least seven years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior management position with ERP based experience. Proven experience with IRIS, taxation, new accounting principles and auditing procedures. Well
experienced in international banking practices required to run the company on corporate lines.
Position: COO
Job Description: As COO, he is responsible to CEO for ensuring smooth production of related products in line with contractual delivery timelines, quality standards and customer satisfaction. He shall keep CEO fully informed on the production targets, related holdups and anticipate procurement/financial needs for smooth running of production line.
Requirement:
Qualification: Engg Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Aerospace & Avionics) from HEC recognized university.
Skills: Un-interrupted production & Supply Chain Management hair Management as per defined Industrial standards. Must also be familiar with Aviation and Mil Standards.
Effective command & control, good situational awareness, knowledge of OHSAS/ISO standards, well conversant with Proj Mgmt & large scale technical HR Mgmt. Qualitative & Quantitative production capability to ensure timely deliveries with lean & efficient industrial floor Mgmt.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with at least 05 years at senior Mgmt level of any company dealing in precision metal and composite parts production, system integration, vendors and inventory management. Armed forces experience will be preferred. Well conversant with GoP regulations related to HR, finance, procurement, inventory Mgmt & working of relevant industry.
