Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is looking for an experienced Manager – Seat Assembly to lead seat assembly operations at our automotive manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage seat assembly operations to achieve production and quality targets.
- Drive productivity through effective manpower and machine utilization.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor KPIs, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO/IATF).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in seat assembly.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, assembly processes, quality systems, and Lean manufacturing.
- ERP/SAP experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
