WE ARE LOOKING FOR MANAGER – IT GOVERNANCE, RISK & COMPLIANCE
Responsibilities:
Policy & Governance Framework:
- Prepare and ensure Information Technology and Information Security policy and process governance framework works, including the creation, review, update, awareness, and monitoring of policies.
- Provide guidance to IT and drive technology best practices (COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), while integrating these into IT policies and practices.
Risk Management:
- Manage risk management practices within IT, including Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and IT risk registers.
- Track and report on risk findings; prepare mitigation and contingency plans with business owners, and resolve IT issues with relevant teams.
- Manage the IT Business Impact Analysis.
IT & Process Gaps:
- Manage disaster recovery and backup testing schedules, reporting, and remedial actions.
- Regularly monitor and report on any significant business process and infrastructure gaps, including data replication and backups.
- Provide solutions and drive data-based decisions with an analytical approach. Plan and allocate resources for maintenance schedules; optimize equipment availability and resource utilization; analyze maintenance history and failure trends; and improve site performance through best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience.
