We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Treasury who will beresponsible for managing daily banking operations, payments, cash forecasting, and treasury-related compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity for business operations
- Monitor bank balances, fund positions, fund transfers, and daily banking transactions
- Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, working capital reports, and fund requirement summaries
- Handle payment processing for vendors, payroll, taxes, utilities, and other operational expenses
- Assist in loan management, markup/interest calculations, repayment schedules, and debt servicing
- Coordinate with banks for financing lines, bank guarantees, LCs, and other treasury instruments where applicable
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, approval procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance teams for bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities
- Maintain proper treasury records, banking documentation, and audit-ready files
- Support senior management with treasury analysis, fund planning, and financial decision-making reports
Qualification:
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/BBA or equivalent.
Experience: - 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking operations, or corporate finance
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial sector will be preferred
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, fund transfers, and financial controls
- Good command over MS Excel, ERP/accounting systems, and financial reporting
- Excellent coordination, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
