We’re hiring a MTO Mixing & Compounding – Sheikhupura (Plant)
Location: Sheikhupura – Plant
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of rubber compound mixing batches.
Understand and monitor the Banbury/Internal Mixer, open mill, and related mixing equipment.
Monitor material weighing, batching, and sequence of chemical addition.
Monitor mixing parameters including temperature, time, rotor speed, ram pressure etc.
Maintain batch records, production reports, and material traceability.
Assist in formulation trials, new compound development, and process optimization.
Support reduction of batch variation, scrap, rejection, and material wastage.
Ensure proper storage and safe handling of chemicals and rubber-processing materials.
Follow SOPs, safety requirements, 5S, and quality management procedures.
Education & Experience:
MSc in Chemistry with fresh to 2 years experience.
MSc in Physics with fresh to 2 years relevant experience.
