Team Leader – Corporate & Investment Banking
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in close partnership with Credit Risk Management of the company to ensure that the credit requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the team to maximize the products and benefits from the middle-market corporate (Commercial) clients, by providing them with tailor-made banking products & services, and offering them with professional financial advice.
- Identify and establish new corporate client relationships for the bank, endeavor to develop strong clientele; maintain and deepen the account relationship with the existing clients.
- Collaborate with other internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions to customer’s financial needs.
- Ensure that all team related administrative functions, including file maintenance, regular stock inspections, call/ site reports, are performed frequently thereby adhering to the internal, external audit policies and regulations resulting in satisfactory audit ratings.
- Work on CIBG projects, either as an initiative or a defined part of a business change program to deliver defined objectives.
- Any other assignments as per directives of the line manager/management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelors, Masters preferred from an HEC recognized university.
- Masters with 5-10 years of relevant experience or Bachelors with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- In-depth understanding of clients’ business model and Industry Updates.
- Good Time management and Relationship management skills.
- Advance MS Office skills.
- Strong credit analysis & Financial Modelling and Analysis.
