- Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan

- Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 03 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and / or configuration and / or deployment of Core Banking Systems and Allied Solutions
- Candidates having experience of FIS PROFILE Core Banking System will be preferred
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in Database Technologies (Oracle, DB2/2, SQL Server, NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge of VMware technology, version control tools (SVN/GitHub), WebServer (Apache / WebSphere)
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills

- To ensure projects, problems, service requests, and escalations are dealt with according to a defined set of policies, processes, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- To manage and oversee the design and maintenance of Core Banking System and other integrated systems / applications
- To provide support and guidance on Core Banking Application Security and Governance, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Core Banking Technology Applications (systems, people, policies, controls, and procedures) to protect against data loss, corruption and unauthorized access
- To develop, implement and execute detailed Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and procedures for Core Banking and other integrated critical business applications
- To analyze and review the design and planning of application projects in accordance with the bank’s requirements, providing essential inputs to the change approval process to support informed decision making
- To effectively communicate with and manage expectations of internal and external customers and other stakeholders influencing performance outcomes
- To promote open communication, teamwork, and trust across teams, fostering a customer service-oriented culture
- To monitor, manage and resolve severe user complaints to maintain the highest standards of service quality

02 Position / Job Title: Project Manager – Enterprise (AVP)

- Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in IT Project Management, out of which at least 03 years of experience in managing IT projects, related to banking applications
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the bank, including executives, management, individual contributors
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
