What You’ll Do
✨ Lead and execute digital marketing and social media strategies for exciting product launches and brand campaigns.
✨ Develop engaging content calendars, communication plans, and platform-specific content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
✨ Write compelling social media copy and prepare creative content briefs aligned with OPPO’s brand identity.
✨ Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to achieve business KPIs.
✨ Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and evolving consumer behavior.
✨ Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, production partners, and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
✨ Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify new growth opportunities and innovative ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
✔ 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Media Planning.
✔ Strong expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
✔ Excellent copywriting, communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
✔ A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content strategy, and digital innovation.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting/analytics tools.
Bonus Points If You Have:
⭐ Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
⭐ Hands-on experience working with creative or media agencies.
⭐ Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools.
⭐ Experience in influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
