Product Manager – NayaPay
We are looking for a Product Manager to join NayaPay’s growing team!
What you’ll be doing
o Develop our understanding of our users at a deep level, building a strategy to help them in their financial journey.
o Collaborate with engineering, marketing, compliance, UX, and other teams to create meaningful value for our customers while meeting our business objectives. This includes building new features, improving existing features, or changing the way we work operationally.
o Welcome ideas wherever they come from and run with it. Build. Improve. Ship. Fast, iteratively, and in control.
o Track and monitor how we’re performing with core metrics and develop new ones for the work you’re doing.
What we’re looking for
o Master’s degree in a technology or business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
o At least 2 years of product management experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
o Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
o Proven ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features.
o Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners.
o Deep attention to detail.
