Requirements:
- Oversee the entire HR services process, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of HR services.
- Address and resolve employee-related issues while improving operational efficiency in line with company policies.
- Optimize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee employee health and life insurance programs by ensuring accurate enrolment, timely claims processing, and increasing employee awareness.
- Support rewards and recognition initiatives, including participation in salary surveys, preparation of annual salary review letters, and execution of other reward programs assigned by the management.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and confidentiality of employee data.
- Prepare and generate various HR metrics reports.
- Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)
- Experience: minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge: must have good knowledge on HR Functions such as Rewards & Recognition, Insurance etc.
