Position: Digital Sales Advisor
What we are looking for:
· Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
· Preferably IFMP Qualified or MBA / M.COM (completed)
· Preferably Minimum 2 years of Mutual funds & Asset Management industry.
· To liaison, sale and manage cliental by Identifying customers’ needs with quality information and regulatory requirements.
· Educating, convincing, handling customers’ queries, complaints and inquiries.
· To meet daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
Skills:
· Proven experience in sales & customer handling
· Have strong knowledge and understanding of Asset Management and Mutual Funds industry
· Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Keep track of sales performance metrics
