Join Us AREA MANAGER – OOH Location (Central – Lahore)
Role Overview
To lead, build and grow the Out of Home (OOH) channel across the assigned area by driving sales, strengthening distribution, and building team capability. The role is responsible for expanding penetration in key consumption channels (Health, Education, travel, B&I, tea stalls, institutions, cafés), ensuring superior execution, and delivering sustainable growth of the biscuits and confectionery portfolio
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with OOH channel growth priorities
- Identify new business opportunities and scale high-potential OOH segments
- Develop partnerships and long-term contracts with Distributors & key accounts
- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Executives and distributor sales teams
- Ensure capability development of Distribution Sales Force (DSF) through structured training and field coaching
- Conduct regular market visits and joint working to improve team productivity
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
(Candidates with OOH sales experience will be preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of OOH and impulse-driven FMCG categories
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- High level of ownership, drive, and accountability
