Job Responsibilities
- Assist in quotation collection, and comparative analysis
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and resolve any delays or issues
- Work closely with the Accounts Department to track and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, supplier data, and payment schedules
- Collaborate with relevant departments for material requirements and delivery alignment
- Learn to operate ERP/procurement systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly procurement and payment status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration
- Fresh to 1 year experience
